About the Church

Foundry Methodist Church was founded in June of 2002.  We are an  independent Methodist church, which means we are a non-denominational church that holds to early methodist beliefs.  We are a church that strives to return to the biblical foundations The Church was founded upon.  Most importantly, above being a Methodist, is that we desire to be sold out believers, living for Jesus, growing through the study of His Word, and applying His Word to every action in our lives, in the Church, and in our community.  We do not profess to have all the answers, but we do know the ONE who does and we as individuals and as a Church community, continue to grow in His truth and guidance to be the men, women, and children God is calling us and leading us to be.  We invite YOU to come and grow with us!

 Pastor Aaron Withrow, Senior Pastor

Pastor Aaron is a native of New Castle, PA where he came to understand the truth of Christ shortly following his high school graduation.  His passion  and energy were a good fit for youth ministry in his home church where he served as a volunteer for a few years before heading off to Asbury University in Wilmore, KY.  Knowing that God had called him to full-time ministry, Pastor Aaron pursued a degree in Pastoral studies.  Throughout those college years, Aaron served as Youth Pastor at a local church. Following graduation, God led him to Wesley Biblical Seminary where he received his M.Div.  It was during this time that Aaron and Annette were married.  While in seminary, Pastor Aaron continued to be involved in ministry, serving one of the local churches as an associate pastor.  Immediately following  seminary, Pastor Aaron and Annette moved to North Carolina where Aaron became the senior pastor at Reidsville Evangelical Methodist Church.  After serving there for 10 years, Pastor Aaron and Annette felt God’s leading to head west to Kansas.  He is also currently pursuing his Doctorate in Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Pastor Aaron has a heart and passion for teaching the truth of the Word of God,  helping people grow deep  and steady in their faith, and guiding the church in putting their faith in action by reaching those around them for Jesus. Pastor Aaron and Annette have 6 children: Isaac, Miriam, Hannah, Sara Anne, Levi, and Gideon.
